Whenever i use telegram on android or the web app, i get prompted to enter my phone number, then i get the screen below.
Is there any reason for that?
I'm not using the telegram application for pc. So, when i download a video, where does telegram web save files on pc? Seems that plus messenger is the best method since it's the most user friendly and easiest to use. I use microsoft edge and have nvidia gpu,firstly telegram web suddenly broke and wasnt showing any chat,no search working, just not working interface without chat.

If anyone can get that. I'd like to use the tab telegram web client of edge, but it's crazy slow compared to telegram desktop.
