I'm using v 1.6, and i've had this problem several times recently.i do a soft reboot of the system, it returns and µtorrent autostarts, then attempts to resume its running tasks.
Yesterday, i proceeded to pass files at a constant rate, cross country. As soon as i close utorrent the internet speeds back up. This never used to happen, but recently as long as utorrent is open my internet (and network) moves at about 56k speed. Utorrent has random issues with windows 7.
How can i downgrade to the latest version which was working just fine? Then this is the forum for you. I've upgraded utorrent and now it's not working anymore cause it doesn't support windows 2000. Never had problemscurrently using utorrent 1.5.11 for mac os x.all ports properly forwarded, and torrents.
It worked flawlessly until today.
