Stuck on the install complete page. Neither the old or the new remote is allowing me to scroll down and i cannot connect the remotes to the box. What you describe is how tv360 works, that can't be altered. Are you using a v6 or a tv360?
To action the upgrade this should be available to see on both the home screen at.
Is there a dedicated search button on the tv360 remote like there was on the v6 remote?
